We believe that every student is different, and that’s why at Fortissimo School of Music we tailor our tuition to the varying abilities of our students. As a diverse music school, we pride ourselves on teaching a wide-range of musical instruments and styles; we endeavour to find a musical instrument and style to suit you. Regardless of whether you’re a parent seeking tuition for your little one, or you're a fully-grown adult in quest of tuition for yourself, irrespective of your age, we want to hear from you! We don't ask for much when you start tuition with us, but enthusiasm, hard-work and dedication are compulsory; are you ready to learn a musical instrument?
Most of our students find that 60 minutes of tuition per week provides optimum development, as well as thoroughly deserved enjoyment, but we do believe that children under the age of 6 would likely only require a maximum of 30 minutes per week, and that is why our tuition can be tailored in duration, from 30 minutes upwards and beyond. As a professional and well-established music school, we encourage all of our students to take part in accredited examinations which include graded awards, certificates, music medals and diplomas with The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and/or Trinity College London; we feel that it’s a great way to get recognition for all of the hard work that a student puts in; we also find that many of our students take part in music competitions/festivals around the country, and we feel that they can bring many qualities to a student, such as confidence.
